Logistics and Billing Specialist

Department:  Transport
Location : Dammam
Reporting to National Transport Manager
Current Title:  Logistics and Billing Specialist

 

Detailed responsibility:

  1. Collect and Review Transportation Invoices:

– Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all invoices received from transportation service providers.

– Review invoices to verify prices and costs as per agreements.

 

  1. Manage Shipping Documents:

– Collect and review shipping documents (bills of lading) for all incoming and outgoing shipments.

– Verify that all information aligns with actual shipments and customer orders.

 

  1. Prepare and Issue Invoices:

– Prepare monthly or periodic invoices for clients based on provided shipping services.

– Ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

 

  1. Communicate with Suppliers and Clients:

– Coordinate with transportation service providers to resolve any issues related to invoices or shipping documents.

– Communicate with clients regarding invoices and any queries they may have.

 

  1. Internal Coordination:

– Collaborate with other departments such as Accounting and Sales to ensure smooth operations.

– Prepare monthly reports on shipping costs, paid invoices, and outstanding invoices.

 

  1. Manage Files and Records:

– Organize and maintain all documents related to shipping and invoicing in an easily accessible manner.

– Keep accurate records of all financial transactions related to shipping.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field

– background on Financial preferred

– Experience in logistics or billing management is advantageous.

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Deputy HR Manager

Department:  HR
Location : Jeddah
Reporting to HR Manager
Current Title:  Deputy HR Manager

Detailed responsibility:

– Assist in overseeing day-to-day HR operations in branch location.

– Coordinate with HR team in head office to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

– Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in collaboration with head office HR team.

– Support recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

– Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in branch location.

– Coordinate training and development initiatives for branch employees, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee development plans.

– Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

– Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures in the branch.

– Provide guidance to branch HR & Admin team on policy interpretation and compliance.

– Compile HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

– Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

– Stay updated on labor laws and regulations relevant to branch.

– Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and company standards.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) may be preferred.

– Several years of experience in HR leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

– Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different branches.

– Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Commercial manager

Department:  Commercial
Location: Jeddah
Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer
Current Title:  Commercial manager

Detailed responsibility:

  • Profit and Loss of the Western Region focusing on the commercial activities for the terminal and logistics functions enabling continued effective operations and identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies and improvements.
  • Achieve or exceed P&L which includes Transport, Depot, EMR, Reefer, Engineering currently and any new verticals introduced in the future.
  • Commercially grow the business in line with the business strategy and annual budget.
  • Build a strong portfolio of new customers and assist in building the Vendor base.
  • Develop the commercial presence in all areas of the Western Region with specific focus on Jeddah.
  • Build Commercial Team for the Western Region proportionate to the growth in the revenue.
  • Lead, direct and develop direct reports in order to ensure people are performance focused and engaged so that the business plan can be achieved and individual’s potential maximised.

 

  • Agree and continually review with operations on the Customer performance, identifying and delivering any potential efficiency improvement in order to ensure that the Logistic Operations operate efficiently and effectively, any cost savings are initiated and the service to the customer is maintained.

 

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders (e.g., Partners, Senior Managers, peers, subordinates, Customers, Government agencies) in order that Western Region can deliver its tactical and strategic goals and a high level of overall customer service is provided.

 

  • Ensure you carry out your role in accordance with KTS guidelines and legislative requirements in order to protect all site personnel (employees, contractors, visitors etc) reputation and ensure that operational compliance is maintained.

 

  • Work collaboratively with customers and operations by proactively identifying any key areas of focus or issues so that these can be given due consideration in collective decision making in order to minimise any potential risk and ensure service levels are maintained throughout any restructure or change.

 

  • Review of your direct reports consistently and ensure that their performance is monitored. Discuss and guide them.

 

  • Ensure the Western Region is operated in line with KTS HSSE procedures, maintaining the safety and security of staff and equipment.

 

  • Handling all your activities with integrity and diligence.

 

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

– 5-10 years’ experience in commercial management or similar roles; industry experience may be required.

– Strong analytical and financial acumen

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills

– Proven leadership and team management abilities

– Strategic planning and organisation

– Technical Knowledge familiarity with CRM, ERP; industry certifications (e.g., CCCM, PMP) advantageous.

Sales Engineer

Detailed responsibility:

 

  • Commercially grow the business in line with the business strategy and annual budget.

 

  • Build a strong portfolio of new customers and assist in building the vendor base.

 

  • Develop the commercial presence in all areas of KSA with specific focus on Dammam, Jubail, Riyadh and Jeddah.

 

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders (e.g., Partners, Senior Managers, peers, subordinates, Customers, Government agencies) in order that Engineering Department can deliver its tactical and strategic goals, and a high level of overall customer service is provided.

 

  • Ensure you carry out your role in accordance with KTS guidelines and legislative requirements to protect all site personnel (employees, contractors, visitors etc.) reputation and ensure that operational compliance is maintained.

 

  • Work collaboratively with customers and operations by proactively identifying any key areas of focus or issues so that these can be given due consideration in collective decision making to minimize any potential risk and ensure service levels are maintained throughout any restructure or change.
